The recommended minimum system configuration for bvDRIVE is a computer running:
- Windows 98 or higher
- 32 MB RAM
- 50 MB of available hard disk space
- High speed Internet connection.

Currently bvDRIVE is available for Microsoft Windows only.
Can I use bvDRIVE with multiple computers? -Top-
Yes, bvDRIVE can be used on multiple computers to access your VAULT.

How much does bvDRIVE cost? -Top-
bvDRIVE is free with your online-storage subscription and can be downloaded from your VAULT.
I have Zone Alarm installed on my computer and bvDRIVE client does not work, what should I do? -Top-
If you are using Zone Alarm you will need to modify the configuration to let bvDRIVE work with this firewall.
Normally Zone Alarm blocks low-level access to the remote servers.
To let bvDRIVE access bigVAULT you should add it to the list of permitted servers in Zone Alarm.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the main window of Zone Alarm and select Security tab.
- Click the Advanced button. Zone Alarm Pro users: select LocalZone Contents tab.
- Click the Add button and select Host/Site.
- Enter bvdrive.bigvault.com
Do I have to reconfigure my firewall to use bvDRIVE? -Top-
Generally, no configuration changes are required to the firewall to use bvDRIVE.
