bigVAULT currently offers the following storage plans through online subscription.

Login to your VAULT, select the ‘Purchase More Services’ tab, click on ‘Add More Space’ and Choose your Storage Plan

Login to your VAULT, select the ‘Purchase More Services’ tab, click on the service you wish to purchase.
How do I renew my account? -Top-
Your VAULT subscription works like an annual magazine subscription.
bigVAULT does not automatically renew your subscription. Only you can renew your subscription.
Thirty days prior to your Expiration Date, you will receive an expiration email and a message will appear inside your VAULT indicating the amount of days remaining on your subscription.
You will also receive a thirty-day grace period, after your subscription expires.
Upon expiration of your grace period you will receive a ‘VAULT expired, Renew VAULT’ message on the login screen.
To renew your subscription Click the ‘Renew Vault’ link inside your VAULT or on the login screen.
How do I cancel my account? -Top-
Your VAULT subscription works like an annual magazine subscription.
bigVAULT does not automatically renew your subscription.
Simply do not renew your subscription and your VAULT will automatically expire.

Is my credit card automatically billed every month? -Top-
No, storage plans are billed on an annual subscription basis.
My credit card was not accepted. What can be the problem? -Top-
This problem can arise while subscribing for your VAULT due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect credit card number, please check whether the credit card number and expiration date are accurate. Note: Only MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards are accepted.
- Incorrect billing address, Please check whether you provided the correct address information, as it appears on your credit card statement.
- The Online Authorization System may reject certain valid Credit Cards outside US during the Address Verification Phase.
